Carbon, carbon and…. more carbon!

I mean whats not to like about Grant’s Mk6? We absolutely love it! Ya know when theres just something a little different, the smaller details and when it all just comes together and works… Grant has done just that!

Some of the smaller details that aren’t so small are the incredible looking Audi TTRS 4pot front calipers with 370mm Discs and braided hoses matched up with Porsche Cayenne 4pot caliper at the rear and R32 handbrake calliper again with braided hoses completing that twin calliper rear setup. Genuinely these look absolutely killer finished in red behind those Aston Martin V8 Vantage alloys.

Grant has clearly took his time choosing certain things for the car and its clear to tell he’s a big fan of the Carbon fibre. The car for starters has had a complete fresh respray in VW Carbon steel grey. A TRC front splitter in carbon really makes that front off the GTI gain that extra bit of aggression. On the exterior the carbon list goes on, mirrors, side skirts, rear spoiler and rear diffuser.

As with all great show cars the interior certainly hasn’t been forgotten about and for me looks like a great place to be! Upfront is a custom carbon MK7 GTI steering wheel done by C6 Carbon and trimmed by Optimus Trimmers and what about those Mercedes GLA AMG front seats with Carbon Fibre backs.

The rear of the car has had the rear seats removed and a custom raw aluminium cage put in which i personally think sets off that rear view looking in. More carbon with the Plush Automotive’s Seamless tank and aluminium hardlines, hidden compressor and management which Grant is running Airlift V2 and Slam series bags.

Genuinely if you ever get a chance to check this car out i reccommend that you do, so so many small details that just make this car stand out from the usual bags and wheels. Fair play to you Grant keep up the hard work we look forward to catching up with you next season!
